From new SWD facilities to expanding our gathering pipeline network — Henry Hill continues to invest in the infrastructure that keeps Williston Basin production moving.
Henry Hill is a midstream owner-operator. Every project below represents infrastructure we built and continue to own and operate — not work handed off at completion, but facilities we stand behind for the long term.
Henry Hill Oil Services' most significant expansion to date — the Twin Buttes System is a multi-year infrastructure buildout in Dunn County beginning in 2027. The project will deliver a fully integrated saltwater disposal and gathering pipeline network purpose-built for the production corridor, with facilities designed and owned by Henry Hill from the ground up. The Twin Buttes System will bring pipeline-connected disposal to operators currently dependent on trucking, reducing costs and road impact across a growing region of the Williston Basin.
Major throughput upgrade at our McKenzie County disposal facility, including new high-capacity injection pumps, expanded tank storage, and a full SCADA integration upgrade. The project significantly increased disposal capacity to meet growing demand from area producers.
Major upgrade of our Central Monitoring Station infrastructure, including a new SCADA software platform, upgraded communication hardware across all field sites, and expanded camera monitoring coverage. The upgrade brings all facilities under a unified monitoring and control interface with improved alarm management and historical data logging — completing Q1 2026.
Henry Hill continues to grow its gathering pipeline footprint across McKenzie County. Two new production sites were successfully brought online in Q4 2025, adding pipeline-connected disposal capacity for additional operators in the area. Further tie-ins are planned for Q1 and Q2 2026, with additional third-party offload agreements in place to expand total system throughput beyond our owned injection capacity.
Expansion of on-site camera coverage to achieve 100% visual monitoring across every facility in our network. This project will complement our existing SCADA instrumentation with full live video feeds at all sites, integrated into our Central Monitoring Station and accessible by our NOC team around the clock.
